• HYDROLYSED ELASTIN (Hydrolyzed Elastin): An elastic protein rich in peptides and amino acids which strengthen the effect of the dermal connective tissue, improving the bonds between amino acids and encouraging the collagen network structure.
• GLYCOPROTEINS (Glycoproteins): Also known as Proteoglycans. They are proteins formed by glycosaminoglycans (GAG’s) which regulate the structure of the extracellular matrix, giving the skin mechanical resistance and producing a bounce back effect (mattress effect).
• GLUTAMIC ACID (Glutamic Acid): One of 20 non-essential amino acids that form the skin’s dermal proteins. It is a highly hydrophilic molecule, a property that allows it to bond with water at the cellular level, maintaining long-lasting hydration. This function is reinforced by another two non-essential amino acids, VALINE (Valine) and THREONINE (Threonine).
