A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to contact you to schedule the delivery. After this first delivery attempt, if the courier is unable to contact you, the branch that delivers to your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent during the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so that you can pick it up at the agency for 10 days. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at info@claritashop.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help with whatever is necessary.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs management may involve opening the order.

Yes, of course! We offer delivery to our agencies’ collection points. It’s very simple, before finalising the order you just have to choose the ‘collection point’ delivery option and select the one that is most convenient for you.

But remember! These delivery points are not lockers or other points such as citybox or citypack, since in our case we work with different agencies. Even if you choose this option, you will receive the same information as when a home delivery is made.

You can leave your delivery time preferences in the carrier comments section before finalizing your order. Although we know they do their best to deliver within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to comply depending on the carrier’s route. Please be patient!
